A: Standard and Free shipping typically takes 3-6 business days. Expedited shipping options may deliver your order faster. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Warranty and Returns

Q5: What is your warranty policy?
A: We offer a 30-day warranty on all our diecast model cars. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Q6: How do I return a defective item?
A: If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days for diecast model cars of purchase. We will provide instructions for returning the item and issue a replacement or refund.

Payment and Taxes

Q8: Are there any additional taxes on my purchase?
A: No, all our prices are tax-free. The price you see is the total amount you will pay. However, Brazil and Colombia are excluded because of the local custom policy.
